Job Responsibilities
1. Research and development of new products and design. 3D and 2D drawing in the product design process, drawing review, optimization, and improvement. Performance testing of products during the development process, including experimental design, testing plans, result analysis, and optimization suggestion reports. Upgrading and improving products based on customer feedback during product use. Analyzing and solving problems from a theoretical perspective for new projects; analyzing and solving process challenges and providing solutions. Responsible for writing and organizing documents such as project initiation reports, technical evaluations, testing specifications, BOM, etc. Responsible for the formulation of standard documents, such as design standards, testing standards, and other normative documents. Responsible for writing patent documents.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Relevant major in electromechanical or mechanical engineering, with a bachelor's degree or above. Technical Skills: Familiar with mechanical principles, proficient in mechanical structure design; able to proficiently use drawing and design software; possess a certain awareness of quality and efficiency. Soft Skills: Good communication skills and team spirit; innovative spirit and problem-solving ability. In summary, a mechanical design engineer needs to have solid professional knowledge and skills, be able to independently complete product design and development work, and also possess good communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
