1. Responsible for the electrical design tasks of equipment, including electrical schematics, PLC programming, electrical wiring diagrams, electrical layout diagrams, etc.; 2. Complete the proofreading of design drawings from other electrical engineers in the team; 3. Prepare a list of electrical components for the equipment; 4. Inquire about prices for electrical components, submit purchase requests, and track progress; 5. Guide technicians in the installation and debugging of electrical components, analyze and resolve on-site faults; 6. Coordinate design work with mechanical engineers on the project; 7. Assist mechanical engineers in equipment debugging, and ensure the writing, modification, organization, updating, and archiving of equipment documentation; 8. Collaborate with electrical engineers to complete equipment acceptance efficiently and on time; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Qualifications: ◆ Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Radio, or Electrical Engineering. ◆ More than 5 years of experience in factory automation, circuit design, and electronic production processes. Skills: ◆ Familiar with the knowledge and standards of electrical processing in this industry and proficient in relevant circuit diagram software; ◆ Proficient in PLC or VB programming languages; ◆ English speaking and writing skills are preferred.

Job Responsibilities 1. Research and development of new products and design. 3D and 2D drawing in the product design process, drawing review, optimization, and improvement. Performance testing of products during the development process, including experimental design, testing plans, result analysis, and optimization suggestion reports. Upgrading and improving products based on customer feedback during product use. Analyzing and solving problems from a theoretical perspective for new projects; analyzing and solving process challenges and providing solutions. Responsible for writing and organizing documents such as project initiation reports, technical evaluations, testing specifications, BOM, etc. Responsible for the formulation of standard documents, such as design standards, testing standards, and other normative documents. Responsible for writing patent documents. Job Requirements Educational Background: Relevant major in electromechanical or mechanical engineering, with a bachelor's degree or above. Technical Skills: Familiar with mechanical principles, proficient in mechanical structure design; able to proficiently use drawing and design software; possess a certain awareness of quality and efficiency. Soft Skills: Good communication skills and team spirit; innovative spirit and problem-solving ability. In summary, a mechanical design engineer needs to have solid professional knowledge and skills, be able to independently complete product design and development work, and also possess good communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
